We are looking for a responsible Call Center Representative who believes the cornerstone of a successful business lies with customer satisfaction. This professional will provide a direct link with our customers, resolve issues, and provide support with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include
• Managing a large number of incoming telephone calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Guide customers through trouble-shooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Help train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines
• De-escalate situations, providing appropriate solutions and resolutions
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements include
• Minimum one year experience as Call Center Representative
• Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
